Fire pits – why old gas cylinders offer a perfect base – Upcycling is an increasingly important topic, especially when it comes to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This is evident on many platforms, where the motto "make something new from something old" is becoming more and more common. This idea has been very important to us from the very beginning. Therefore, in the production of our fire pits, we make sure to manufacture as many parts as possible ourselves to ensure resource conservation. Furthermore, the thickness of the steel used to make gas cylinders, as upcycled items, offers a far more durable alternative to conventional "fire oil drums."
Sought and found… Feuertonnen.org is a labor of love for us. We were looking for a project that combines craftsmanship and creativity. And we found so much more than that… Our fire pits also offer our customers something that slows down the pace of today's fast-paced world and thus provides an opportunity for a break.
The fascination of fire, fire barrels… What could be better than listening to the unmistakable crackling of the flames while basking in the warmth of a campfire and letting your thoughts wander? Fire is magical and powerful for us, creating inner and outer warmth and a sense of security. The feeling that fire evokes in us is even evolutionarily rooted and remains deeply ingrained to this day. Using fire barrels offers us a safe and uncomplicated way to interact with fire, allowing us to enjoy it carefree and completely stress-free.
At the same time, a fire pit not only provides a safe way to create a fire, but also, with its diverse design options, becomes a new favorite piece for your garden. We offer a wide variety of design suggestions across different themes – from striking motifs and playful patterns to highly detailed and complex graphics, we have an exceptionally large selection. And if you still can't find the perfect motif, we offer the option of a custom design for your truly unique fire pit. Perhaps you have a motif in mind based on a photo, a unique hobby, or simply the desire for a one-of-a-kind piece? No problem. Share your special request with us, and we will create a custom graphic for you after consultation. Once approved, it will be produced within the standard delivery time.
